How we work

bullitChairmen who want to help new NED’s become effective as quickly as possible can engage us. We also work with NEDs who approach us directly. Our method focuses on personal coaching and training over the course of one year. The first meeting is an intake discussion to assess the specific context in which you will be operating and the experience you bring. After that we will schedule six individual sessions, during which you will be able to reflect on your experiences at the Board table and receive detailed training and guidance regarding a specific theme of Board work. You will also have access to publicly available best practice materials.
